Red Smoothie

1/2 cup Strawberries (Protects your Heart and Vitamin C!)

1/2 cup Raspberries (Protects against Diabetes Vitamins A,B, and C!)

1/2 cup red grapes (Protects Heart and Vitamins C and K!)

Blend until smooth. Can add water if needed.
