1/2 cup oat flour (Tons of Antixoidants. Lots of Manganese!) what is Manganese? Manganese is a mineral and main roll to boost your metabolism)
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds (Healthy Fats and Vitamin E!)
2 tbsp Flax Seed or Meal (Omega-3's)! what are omega-3s? omega-3s slow plaque in our arteries.
Water and blend.
Top with Nut Butter and Honey :)
