Oil-free Hummus
1 1/4 cup dried chickpeas
(cook chickpeas in instant pot or stovetop)
1/2 cup tahini
2 lemons juiced
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup cooked chickpea liquid
optional add ins: roasted red pepper, kalamata olives, basil
Add all to good processor and mix
